Betsy has built vast experience in multiple facets of real estate including residential, new construction and relocation. She was named among the top 25 and top 50 transaction leaders out of 1,000+ agents at Smythe Cramer Co, now Howard Hannah, and received recognition for being an outgoing referral leader within her company. After graduating with a B.S. in Education from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Betsy taught primary grade school and later worked for IBM. These professional experiences developed Betsy’s affinity for relating to people and their needs, an essential element of real estate.

A passionate community advocate who loves sharing the Florida lifestyle with her customers, Betsy currently resides at Harbour Isle. Married to Buck for 45+ years, the couple has two grown children and five wonderful grandchildren.
