About Me

With over 30 years in real estate, Betsy brings the valuable experience, knowledge and commitment that buyers and sellers seek in a real estate professional. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she lived in Hudson, OH, and then Cincinnati, OH, for most of her life; before moving to the Northwest Bradenton/Anna Maria Island area of Florida. From the AMI office of Michael Saunders & Company, Betsy works closely with customers both on the island and mainland.

Betsy has built vast experience in multiple facets of real estate including residential, new construction and relocation. She was named among the top 25 and top 50 transaction leaders out of 1,000+ agents at Smythe Cramer Co, now Howard Hannah, and received recognition for being an outgoing referral leader within her company. After graduating with a B.S. in Education from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Betsy taught primary grade school and later worked for IBM. These professional experiences developed Betsy’s affinity for relating to people and their needs, an essential element of real estate.

A passionate community advocate who loves sharing the Florida lifestyle with her customers, Betsy currently resides at Harbour Isle. Married to Buck for 45+ years, the couple has two grown children and five wonderful grandchildren. Outside of her busy real estate schedule, Betsy enjoys golfing, biking and the many wonderful amenities this special region of Florida offers.
